MedChartScan Patient Messaging Program
MedChartScan Inc may send text messages on behalf of healthcare practices to their patients who have consented to receive them. Messages relate to the patient's care with that practice, including appointment, scheduling, and other communications related to the patient's care. Messages are not marketing.
Message frequency varies based on the patient's interaction with the practice. Message and data rates may apply.
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message; you will receive a single confirmation and no further messages. For help, reply HELP, email support@medchartscan.io, or contact your practice.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving care from your practice.
Mobile phone numbers and consent collected for this program are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. For more information about how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy. Our relationship with the healthcare practices we message on behalf of is governed by our Terms of Service.
